Unfortunately, guest who ride the Limited Express Fuji Excursion from JR train stations (Shinjuku, Tachikawa, Hachioji) without Mt. Fuji Pass (including customer who bought the pass online but have not had it activated) will have to purchase the standard Fuji Excursion train ticket without the Mt. Fuji Pass privilege.
