To receive a refund, please bring your ticket to the ticket ticket counter price where you purchased it, before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.

There are no rest stops along this route.

There are two boarding locations at Tokyo Sta.: "Yaesu South Exit" and "Yaesu North Exit (Tekko Building)". Please confirm your reserved boarding location before boarding.

AUpon arriving at Kawaguchiko Sta., you can transfer to the sightseeing bus "Fujikko-go" or local bus (towards Mt. Fuji 5th Station Fuji 5th Station, Saiko, Narusawa, etc.) from the rotary in front of the station. In addition to IC cards and cash, you can also use free passes such as the "Mt. Fuji & Fuji Five Lakes Passport".

AFrom Kawaguchiko Sta. to the boarding point for the Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway (Kawaguchi Lakeside/Tenjozan Park Ropeway) (Kawaguchi Ropeway bus stop), it takes about 10 minutes by the sightseeing bus "Fujikko-go go". It is also about a 25-30 minute walk from the station, but using the sightseeing bus is more convenient.
