Most highway bus (daytime and overnight) are equipped with onboard toilets. However, some short-distance routes, jointly Bus Number, and extra buses with tourist specifications may not have toilets. In the case of buses without toilets, toilet breaks (approximately 10-15 minutes) will be made at service areas as needed during the journey, so please rest assured. Please note that local bus and sightseeing buses do not have toilets.

When making a reservation by phone or ticket counter price, you can also tell us your preferred seat location (window seat, aisle seat, etc.) depending on seat availability. If you make a reservation for multiple people at once, you will generally be seated next to each other, but if the bus is nearly full, you may be seated separately.
