Seat reservations are accepted from one month prior to Date of ride (the same day of the previous month), and telephone reservations start at 9:00 AM on the day reservations open.
If you do not purchase within 3 days of the reservation date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The minimum fare of 1,900 yen is the fare for the section Yokohama Sta. West Exit to the Gotemba area (2,300 yen for Adult to Kawaguchiko Sta. / 3,500 yen for Adult to the 5th station). Child pay half price.

Notes/Precautions

Please note that if you do not issue (purchase) your ticket within three days of the application date, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and you will need to make a new reservation if you wish to ride again.
Seat reservations can be made from one month prior to your Date of ride (the same day of the previous month) at Fujikyu Call Center and at the ticket ticket counter price of Kawaguchiko Sta., Fuji-Q Highland, Yamanaka (Asahigaoka), and Gotemba Sta.. Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
All seats are reserved. Please purchase your tickets in advance before boarding.
Tickets can also be purchased at major travel agencies such as Nippon Travel Agency and Kinki Nippon Tourist. Please note that additional fees may apply (tickets departing from or arriving at Mt. Fuji 5th Station may not be available).
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
Please be aware that significant delays may occur due to road conditions.
There are no rest stops along this route.

On this route, bicycles are permitted under the following conditions, as per an agreement with the cooperating Operator.
① The bicycle must be foldable or disassembled and be in a carrying bag.
② We cannot provide any compensation for damage or loss.
Furthermore, we cannot provide any compensation if your bicycle causes damage to other customers' luggage.
③ We do not accept luggage reservations. Also, if the luggage compartment is full with other passengers' luggage, we may not be able to load your luggage. In that case, you will not be able to bring your luggage onto the seats. We appreciate your understanding. (If there are many people traveling, we may not be able to fit everyone's luggage, so in such cases, we recommend mailing your luggage to your accommodation in advance.)
Please refrain from storing mobile batteries in the storage unit. (Please keep them as hand luggage and within your sight at all times.)
