- Kawaguchiko Sta. (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Mt. Fuji Station (8:50 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Yamanakako Asahigaoka Bus Terminal (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Fuji-Q Highland Bus Terminal (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Notes/Precautions
- 申込日を含む3日以内に乗車券を発券（購入）していただけなかった場合には自動的にキャンセルとなり、あらためてご乗車になられる場合には再度ご予約が必要となりますのでご了承願います。
- 座席予約はご乗車日の1ヶ月前（前月同日）から富士急コールセンターおよび河口湖駅、富士急ハイランド、山中湖（旭日丘）、御殿場駅の各窓口で承っております。なお、電話予約は予約開始日に限り、朝9時からの受付開始となります。ご注意ください。
- 座席は全席指定です。予め乗車券類を乗車前までにご購入のうえご乗車ください。
- 乗車券は日本旅行、近畿日本ツーリストなどの主な旅行会社でもご購入できます。その際は、別途手数料がかかる場合があります（富士山五合目発着の乗車券についてはお取扱い出来ない場合があります）。
- To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
- Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
- Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
- If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
- Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
- Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.

- こちらの路線は共同運行会社との取り決めにより、以下の条件付きで自転車の持込が可能でございます。
- ①折りたたみ、もしくは分解できる自転車で、輪行袋に入った状態であること。
- ②破損等の補償は一切致しかねます。
- また、積込した自転車により他のお客様のお荷物が破損等した場合においても一切の補償は致しかねます。
- ③お荷物のご予約は承ってございません。また、他のお客様のお荷物でトランクルームが一杯の場合、積み込んで頂けない場合もございます。その場合でも座席へのお持込は出来ません。ご了承ください。(ご利用予定の人数が多い場合等は全員分のお荷物を載せきれないケースもございますので、 そのような場合は現地の滞在先へ事前に郵送して頂く事をお勧め致します。)
