  • It is not possible to use the ticket only for the section between Kawaguchiko Sta. and Fuji-Q Highland, or between Gotemba Sta. and Gotemba Premium Outlets

  • Yamanakako Asahigaoka Bus Terminal (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Fuji-Q Highland Bus Terminal (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Notes/Precautions

  • Only one-way tickets will be sold on board the bus.
  • A regular public local bus "Gotemba-Kawaguchi Line," which does not require reservations, also operates on this route.
  • Please use this alternative if the event is fully booked or the scheduled time doesn't suit you. For more details, please check here.
  • Please make your seat reservation and purchase your ticket from one month prior to your travel date until five minutes before departure from your boarding bus stop.
  • Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
  • Please allow ample time for your journey, as delays may occur due to road conditions.
  • If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Also, please note that standing room is not available due to capacity limits and the fact that the bus travels on expressways.
  • As a general rule, even infants who travel free of charge will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat.
  • When boarding, please present your "boarding QR code" or "ticket" to the crew. If you lose your ticket before boarding, you will need to purchase a new one.
  • If there are seats available on the day, you can board even without a prior reservation, but boarding will be prioritized for those with reservations.
  • To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
  • Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
  • Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
  • If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
  • Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
  • Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
  • Bringing bicycles onto this route is not permitted.
