All seats are reserved. Reservations are accepted from the same day of the month prior to the planned travel date (telephone reservations are only accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date).
Fares are calculated in three stages: same-day fare, advance purchase discount (purchased by the day before departure), and online discount.
For Tokyo Sta. lines, same-day tickets cost 2,900-3,300 yen, advance weekday tickets cost 2,400-2,700 yen, and online discount weekday tickets cost 2,280-2,570 yen. For Tomei Mukaigaoka /Eda lines, same-day tickets cost 2,400-2,900 yen, and online discount weekday tickets cost 1,900-2,280 yen.

Notes/Precautions

We will take a break at Ashigara Service Area along the way. (The time includes the break.)
Park and ride is available at Fujinomiya Bus Office and Takaoka Depot. Parking is free for up to 5 days. (From the 6th day onwards, a fee of 500 yen per day will be charged. For stays of 6 days or more, please inform a staff member at the branch.)
<Important Notes Regarding Ticket Issuance>
For advance purchase discounts, the discounted fare applies only to purchases made by the day before departure; tickets issued on the day of departure will be charged at the regular fare. Furthermore, if the purchase is not completed by the day before departure, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Tickets reserved through Fujikyu Call Center or JapanBusOnline cannot be purchased at highway bus ticket counter at Tokyo Sta. Yaesu South Exit. Please make a reservation and purchase your tickets at any Fujikyu ticket counter price.
Those wishing to purchase tickets at Tokyo Sta. should either go directly to the JR highway bus Ticket Office located at Tokyo Sta. Yaesu South Exit, or make a reservation through the "Kosoku Bus Net" website and then come to the JR highway bus Office mentioned above before the purchase deadline.
<Important Notes Regarding Boarding>
All seats are reserved. (However, you can board without a reservation if seats are available.)
Tickets can be reserved from the same day of the month preceding the planned travel date (or from the 1st of the current month if there is no corresponding day).
Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
Please purchase your tickets at the nearest ticket office before departure. Passengers boarding midway will be charged by the crew on board. (Only cash payments are accepted on board.)
No changes to your reservation details (such as changes to the flight or pick-up bus stop) are permitted on the day of travel. In the event that a change in bus stop occurs, you will be charged the regular fare for the changed section minus the fare shown on the ticket.
If you have made a reservation in advance and need to change or cancel it, please contact the reservation center before departure.
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of delays due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to delays or other issues.
Children under elementary school age (6 years old) ride for free. However, even preschool children under elementary school age will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat.
Please carry your luggage into the vehicle yourself. Large luggage such as suitcases can be stored in the underfloor trunk. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased online or through travel agencies cannot be refunded at ticket ticket counter price.
Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In all cases, a handling fee will be charged for refunds according to the standards set forth in Transportation Contract.
Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
