QCan I reserve a seat?AAll seats on highway bus are reserved. When making a reservation through a web reservation site (such as Fujiyama Connect), you can choose your preferred seat from the seat map. When making a reservation by phone or ticket counter price, you can also tell us your preferred seat location (window seat, aisle seat, etc.) depending on seat availability. If you make a reservation for multiple people at once, you will generally be seated next to each other, but if the bus is nearly full, you may be seated separately.

QWhat are the cancellation fees for highway bus?ATickets can only be refunded before the scheduled departure time of your booked flight. A handling fee of 110 yen per one one-way ticket applies (this may vary depending on the route and ticket type). If you booked and purchased your ticket online, please process the refund on the website where you purchased it. If you purchased your ticket at ticket counter price counter, please process the refund at ticket counter price. Tickets become invalid after departure and are not eligible for any refund.

We recommend planning your climb with ample time. Please note that we cannot refund round-trip tickets in case you miss your connection.

QI'd like to get off at "Oniwa (Okuniwa)" station. Is that possible?AThe shuttle bus operates only between Fujisan Parking Lot and Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station. Since you cannot get off at intermediate bus stops, please use local bus instead.
