QDo highway bus have toilets?AMost highway bus (daytime and overnight) are equipped with onboard toilets. However, some short-distance routes, jointly Bus Number, and additional sightseeing buses may not have toilets. In the case of buses without toilets, toilet breaks (approximately 10-15 minutes) will be made at service areas as needed during the journey, so please rest assured. Please note that local bus and sightseeing buses do not have toilets.

QHow many rows of seats are there on highway bus?ARegular daytime highway bus have a "4-row seating" configuration with two seats on each side (4 seats across x 10-11 rows). Overnight highway bus (such as Fujiyama Liner and Kintaro-go) operate with "3-row independent seating" vehicles (3 seats across) to ensure passenger privacy (excluding some additional (duplicate) bus or additional services). local bus and sightseeing buses have the standard 2+2 seating configuration with varying spacing between seats.

QCan I reserve a seat?AAll seats on highway bus are reserved. When booking through our online reservation site (such as Fujiyama Connect), you can choose your preferred seat from the seat map. When booking by phone or ticket counter price, you can also specify your preferred seat location (window, aisle, etc.) depending on seat availability. If you book for multiple people at once, you will generally be seated next to each other, but if the bus is nearly full, you may be seated separately.

QCan I find out my seat location in advance?AYour seat number will be provided in the "Departure Confirmation Email" sent before departure. *If you make a reservation on the Date of ride, the email may be sent after departure. In that case, please check with the crew when you board.

QIs Wi-Fi available in the vehicle?AMany of our highway bus buses offer free in-car Wi-Fi service (such as Fujikyubus Free Wi-Fi). Connection instructions are posted inside the bus; please refer to them. However, please note that some services, such as those operated by partner Operator or those with alternative vehicles due to vehicle maintenance, may be operated without Wi-Fi.
