Notes/Precautions

  • Reservations and purchases can be made by phone, online, Kawaguchiko Sta., or at Fuji-Q Highland starting one month prior to your Date of ride (on the same day of the previous month).
  • Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
  • All seats are reserved. Please purchase your ticket in advance before boarding.
  • To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
  • Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
  • Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
  • If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
  • Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
  • Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
  • Please be aware that significant delays may occur due to road conditions.
  • We do not accept luggage reservations. Also, if the luggage compartment is full with other passengers' luggage, we may not be able to load your luggage. In that case, you will not be able to bring your luggage onto your seat. Thank you for your understanding.
  • (If you have a large group of people, we may not be able to fit everyone's luggage in the vehicle. In such cases, we recommend mailing your luggage to your accommodation in advance.)
  • Please refrain from storing mobile batteries in the storage unit. (Please keep them as hand luggage and within your sight at all times.)
  • In the event that you see any fire or smoke, please remain calm, ensure your safety, and immediately inform a staff member.

    How do I transfer trains to get from Kawaguchiko Sta. to Mt. Fuji 5th Station (Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station)?
    ADuring the period when private cars are restricted on the Fuji Subaru Line, a shuttle bus will operate from "Fujisan Parking Lot (formerly Fuji North Foothills Parking)" at the foot of the mountain to the 5th station of the Fuji Subaru Line at intervals of approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour (with shuttle service during peak hours). Reservations are not required; please purchase your ticket on-site on the day of travel.

    Does it only stop at Fuji-Q Highland and Kawaguchi?
    Ahighway bus departing from Akihabara makes two stops: Fuji-Q Highland and Kawaguchiko Sta. (it does not stop at Mt. Fuji Station). From Kawaguchiko Sta., you can transfer to sightseeing buses or local bus to travel to Mt. Fuji Station, Saiko, Oshino, and other areas.
