The minimum fare of 1,900 yen is for the section between Hon-Atsugi-Atsugi Station and Chuo Expressway Ogatayama (the fare Fujisawa Sta. and Kawaguchiko Sta. is 2,500 yen Adult). Child (elementary school age and younger) pay half price.

All seats are reserved. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board, so please make your reservation and payment in advance.
Tickets can be reserved starting one month prior to the planned date of travel (on the same day one month prior to Date of ride) (however, if there is no such day, reservations start on the 1st of the current month; for March 30th and March 31st, reservations start on the 1st of the current month).
Reservations for both inbound and outbound flights are accepted until 7 PM the day before your travel date.

Please note that if you do not purchase a ticket, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Reservations made between two days before Date of ride and 7 PM the day before Date of ride must be purchased at the time of booking.

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of delays due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.

Children under elementary school age (6 years old) ride for free. However, even preschool children under elementary school age will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat. Child fare is half price (rounded up to the nearest 10 yen).
Please carry your luggage into the vehicle yourself. Large luggage such as suitcases can be stored in the underfloor trunk. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
On this route, you are not permitted to bring luggage such as skis, snowboards, surfboards, large musical instruments, golf bags, or bicycles into the passenger compartment or underfloor luggage compartment.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
