All seats are reserved. Reservations are accepted from 9:00 AM one month prior to the planned date of travel (you can board without a reservation if there are seats available).
Hashimoto Station to Kawaguchi: Adult 2,300 yen (2,200 yen with web discount), Minami-Machida/Machida to Kawaguchi: Adult 2,500 yen (2,400 yen with web discount). Child 's fares are half price.
The web discount requires advance payment via the reservation website at least 5 minutes before departure from the bus stop.
The journey time is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station to Kawaguchiko Sta., and approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes Hashimoto Station to Kawaguchiko Sta.

All seats are reserved. (However, you can board without a reservation if seats are available.)
Tickets can be reserved starting one month prior to the planned date of travel (on the same day one month prior to Date of ride) (however, if there is no such day, reservations start on the 1st of the current month; for March 30th and March 31st, reservations start on the 1st of the current month).
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of delays due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to delays or other issues.
Children under elementary school age (6 years old) ride for free. However, even preschool children under elementary school age will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat. Child fare is half price (rounded up to the nearest 10 yen).
Please carry your luggage into the vehicle yourself. Large luggage such as suitcases can be stored in the underfloor trunk. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
On this route, you are not permitted to bring luggage such as skis, snowboards, surfboards, large musical instruments, golf bags, or bicycles into the passenger compartment or underfloor luggage compartment.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.

If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
