Notes/Precautions
- Reservations can be made online or by calling the respective reservation center. Please purchase your tickets at the ticket ticket counter price as soon as possible. Reservations are accepted from one month prior to your Date of ride until 30 minutes before the first bus departure time.
- Telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date. Please note this.
- Please purchase your ticket at least 10 minutes before departure. Also, please note that even if you have a ticket, if you do not arrive at the boarding area by the departure time, your seat may be given to another passenger.
- Chuo highway bus operate on a reserved seating system, and your seat will be announced when you purchase your ticket. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific seats.
- round-trip discount ticket and coupon tickets / multi-ride ticket will not be sold on board the train.
- Please note that the vehicle type may differ for some additional (duplicate) bus.
- Children under elementary school age (6 years old) ride for free. However, even preschool children under elementary school age will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat. Child fare is half price (rounded up to the nearest 10 yen).
- To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
- Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
- Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
- If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
- Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
- Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
- Please note that arrival times may be delayed due to road conditions (accidents, traffic jams, extreme weather, etc.). In such cases, we will not refund the fare even if the arrival is delayed.
- Please note that there may be changes timetable revision or fares, so please check in advance when making your reservation. When making a reservation, please be careful not to dial the wrong phone number.

- On this route, bicycles are permitted under the following conditions, as per an agreement with the cooperating Operator.
- However, bicycles are not permitted on double-decker buses. Please be aware of this in advance.
- ① The bicycle must be foldable or disassembled and be in a carrying bag.
- ② We cannot provide any compensation for damage or loss.
- Furthermore, we cannot provide any compensation if your loaded bicycle damages other passengers' luggage. ③ We do not accept luggage reservations. Also, if the trunk is full with other passengers' luggage, we may not be able to load your luggage. In that case, you will not be able to bring your luggage onto the seats. Thank you for your understanding.
- (If you have a large group of people, we may not be able to fit everyone's luggage in the vehicle. In such cases, we recommend mailing your luggage to your accommodation in advance.)
- Please refrain from storing mobile batteries in the storage unit. (Please keep them as hand luggage and within your sight at all times.)
