Notes/Precautions
- If you have made a reservation through Fujikyu Call Center or JapanBusOnline, please purchase your tickets at the bus ticket counters at Mt. Fuji Station, Kawaguchiko Sta., and Fuji-Q Highland, as well as at convenience stores (Lawson and FamilyMart), by 5 PM the day before your trip.
- Online reservations (departure OK) for this route are limited to a maximum of 3 people.
- Those purchasing tickets at Keikyu ticket ticket counter price must make a reservation through the Keikyu highway bus Seat Center or Keikyu highway bus Reservation Service and purchase their tickets by 5 PM the day before departure.
- Please note that if you do not purchase your tickets by 5 PM the day before, your reservation will be cancelled.
- <Important Notes Regarding Boarding>
- Reservations are required in advance. (However, you can board without a reservation if there are seats available on the day.)
- Tickets can be reserved from the same day of the month preceding the planned travel date (or from the 1st of the current month if there is no corresponding day).
- Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
- If you have made a reservation in advance and need to change or cancel it, please contact the reservation center by 5 PM the day before your departure.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of delays due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to delays or other issues.
- Children under elementary school age (6 years old) ride for free. However, even preschool children under elementary school age will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat.
- Please carry your own luggage into the vehicle. Large luggage such as suitcases can be stored in the bus trunk, but as a general rule, we will only accept approximately one suitcase per person. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
- To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
- Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
- Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
- If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
- Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
- Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
