Notes/Precautions
- Seat reservations can be made from one month prior to your travel date via Fujikyu Call Center or online.
- Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
- All seats are reserved. Please purchase your ticket at ticket counter price before boarding. On the day of travel, please purchase your ticket at Mishima Station, Fuji-Q Highland, or Kawaguchiko Sta. via ticket counter price or at a ticket vending machine. However, if you are boarding from Mt.Fuji Yamanakako, please purchase your ticket (one-way—fare only) from the driver on board the bus.
- To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
- Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
- Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
- If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
- Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
- Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
- Round-trip fares are available only if you book your return trip within 7 days of Date of ride.
- Round-trip fares and Toku Q Pack (One-day pass + Bus) will not be sold on board the train.
- Infants under 6 years old (preschool children) who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but if they occupy a seat, Child will generally be charged.
- For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not allow children to sit on your lap. We strongly recommend that even young children pay the fare at Child and occupy their own seat. We do not allow the use of child seats on our trains.
- Furthermore, if the number of infants and toddlers who do not have reserved seats exceeds the bus's capacity, it will be considered overcrowding, which may disrupt the bus's operation. In this case, we may refuse boarding, so please be aware of this in advance.
- For large luggage, you can use the luggage compartment under the bus floor. Please limit yourself to one piece of luggage per person, as this is shared with other passengers.
- Please load and unload your own luggage from the trunk. If you are getting off at an intermediate bus stop, please be sure not to forget your luggage.
- Please note that arrival times may be delayed due to road conditions (accidents, traffic jams, extreme weather, etc.). In such cases, we will not refund the fare even if the arrival is delayed.
- There are no rest stops along this route.
- For buses departing from Mishima Station from the second bus onwards (bus number 2, bus number 3, etc.), depending on the operating conditions, they may arrive at the station after the scheduled departure of regular local bus.
