- The purchase deadline for online reservations is within 5 days of the reservation date (reservations will be automatically cancelled if this deadline is exceeded).
- The minimum fare of 6,700 yen is for the 4-row light service Higashi-Shizuoka Sta. to Osaka City. From the Yamanashi area to Osaka City, the fare is 8,700 yen for the 4-row service and 10,700 yen for the 3-row service. Child 's fares are half price.

Notes/Precautions
- Starting February 1, 2020, the reservation start date has been changed to two months prior to Date of ride.
- Seat reservations and tickets can be purchased by phone, online, at the ticket ticket counter price Mt. Fuji Station, Kawaguchiko Sta., Fuji-Q Highland, Fujinomiya Station, and Fuji Station, as well as at Kintetsu Bus ticket offices, starting two months prior to your Date of ride (the same day two months prior).
- Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
- Please purchase your tickets as soon as possible after making your reservation. If you make a reservation online, your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not purchase your tickets within the purchase deadline (5 days including the reservation date), so please purchase them promptly.
- Round-trip discount fares are only valid for travel within 10 days of Date of ride (including the travel date).
- Tickets can also be purchased at major travel agencies such as JTB, Nippon Travel Agency, and Kinki Nippon Tourist. Please note that additional fees may apply.
- To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
- Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
- Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
- If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
- Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
- Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
- Our overnight buses feature large, reclining seats in a 3-row configuration, each seated individually, and are equipped with slippers and blankets. Drinks and hand towels are also provided. With a fully equipped restroom, you can relax comfortably even on long journeys.
- Limited-time light services and additional services will be operated using vehicles with 2-seat, 4-row seating.
- Please be aware that significant delays may occur due to road conditions.

- Unfortunately, due to an agreement with the cooperating Operator, we are unable to allow bicycles on this route.
