The journey takes approximately 2 hours from Shizuoka Station to Fuji-Q Highland and approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes to Kawaguchiko Sta.

In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
Please note that tickets will become invalid if they are used after the scheduled departure time of the designated train.
