Notes/Precautions

  • Seat reservations and ticket sales begin two months prior to Date of ride (on the same day two months prior).
  • Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
  • Please purchase your tickets as soon as possible after making your reservation. Please note that your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not purchase your tickets within the purchase deadline (within 5 days of the reservation date if you made your reservation at a ticket counter price, or within 2 days of the reservation date if you made your reservation online).
  • To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price you purchased it (during business hours).
  • Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
  • Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
  • If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
  • Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.
  • Please note that if you forget or lose your ticket, you may be required to purchase another ticket.
  • <Important Notes Regarding Boarding>
  • Our buses feature large, independent, three-row reclining seats and slippers. A toilet is also available, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing journey even on long journeys. However, due to maintenance and inspections, we may occasionally operate vehicles with four-row seating and no toilet.
  • Please note that the additional buses (from bus number 2 onwards) will not stop at Osaka Sta. (Higashi-Umeda Station).
  • Please be aware that significant delays may occur due to road conditions.
  • Large luggage such as skis, snowboards, golf bags, and folding bicycles, as well as pets and other companion animals (even if kept in a special carrier), cannot be brought into the vehicle or stored in the trunk. We are not responsible for any damage, destruction, soiling, loss, or theft of luggage stored in the trunk.
  • Unfortunately, due to an agreement with the cooperating Operator, we are unable to allow bicycles on this route.
  • We appreciate your understanding.
  • Please refrain from storing mobile batteries in the storage unit. (Please keep them as hand luggage and within your sight at all times.)
  • In the event that you see any fire or smoke, please remain calm, ensure your safety, and immediately inform a staff member.
