The cheapest fare of 2,100 yen is the web discount fare from the Susono area to Shinjuku/Shibuya. From the Numazu/Mishima area to Busta Shinjuku / Shibuya Mark City, the regular fare is 2,500 yen / web discount fare is 2,300 yen.
Child 's fares are half Adult one-way fare (fractions of 1 yen are rounded up to the nearest 10 yen; applicable to elementary school students).
The deadline for online reservations is 30 minutes before the departure time the first bus bus stop.

Notes/Precautions

For large luggage, you can use the luggage compartment under the bus floor.
Please load and unload your own luggage from the trunk.
Please be careful not to forget your ticket if you get off at an intermediate bus stop.
This highway bus requires advance reservations. Please purchase your ticket between one month prior to your travel date and 6:00 PM the day before departure. (If boarding from Busta Shinjuku, please purchase your ticket at ticket counter price or vending machine. If boarding from other bus stops, please purchase your ticket (one-way fares only) from the bus driver on board.)
Please note that telephone reservations will only be accepted from 9:00 AM on the reservation start date.
The deadline for online reservations on Highwaybus.com is 30 minutes before the departure time the first bus bus stop of your scheduled bus. Please note that there is a payment deadline for your ticket after your reservation is complete, so please check the website for details.
Effective June 1, 2019, online reservations made through Highwaybus.com will be cancelled if tickets are not purchased by midnight the day before departure. Please ensure you make your payment by the purchase deadline.
(For example, reservations for departure on May 31st and return on June 1st, all reservations for departures on or after June 1st will be subject to cancellation.)
*A purchase deadline also applies to customers using the paper discount 2-coupon tickets / multi-ride ticket. If you wish to use a paper coupon tickets / multi-ride ticket on the Date of ride, please make a reservation by phone.
We have designated seats for women only (8 seats per flight). These seats are available only to women traveling alone or in groups consisting solely of women.
Please allow ample time for your journey, as arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. (Please note that no refunds will be given for delays caused by traffic congestion.)
If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Also, please note that standing room is not available due to capacity limits and the fact that the bus travels on expressways.
To receive a refund for a ticket purchased at a ticket ticket counter price, please bring the ticket to ticket counter price where you purchased it before the departure time Date of ride.
Tickets purchased at convenience stores cannot be refunded at ticket counter price.
Please contact the refund phone number printed on your ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
In all cases, a fee will be charged for refunds according to separately defined criteria.
Please note that tickets will be invalid once the departure time of the designated train has passed.

As a general rule, even infants who travel free of charge will be charged Child fare if they occupy a seat.
For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not allow children to sit on your lap. We strongly recommend that even young children pay the fare at Child and occupy their own seat. We do not allow the use of child seats on our trains.
Furthermore, if the number of infants and toddlers who do not have reserved seats exceeds the bus's capacity, it will be considered overcrowding, which may disrupt the bus's operation. In this case, we may refuse boarding, so please be aware of this in advance.
Our buses are generally equipped with toilets. However, during maintenance checks or when additional services are added, buses without toilet facilities may be used.
If you are boarding from Shinjuku Station, please pick up your seat reservation ticket (reserved seat ticket) in advance at the Shinjuku West Exit Bus Terminal (Keio Bus ticket ticket counter price).

(If you have a large group of people, we may not be able to fit everyone's luggage in the vehicle. In such cases, we recommend mailing your luggage to your accommodation in advance.)
Please refrain from storing mobile batteries in the storage unit. (Please keep them as hand luggage and within your sight at all times.)
In the event that you see any fire or smoke, please remain calm, ensure your safety, and immediately inform a staff member.
<Important Notes Regarding the Free Parking Lot for Customers>
The parking lot at Susono Civic Cultural Center is not for highway bus passengers. Please be sure to use the free parking lot exclusively for Fujikyu highway bus passengers. (Susono Civic Cultural Center parking lot is closed from evening until the following morning.)
Parking is limited, so you may not be able to park your car if the parking lot is full. Please be aware of this in advance. Parking is free for up to 5 days at each parking lot. For parking for 6 days or more, a separate parking fee will be charged (500 yen per day).
*If you plan to park at the "Fujikyu Numazu Bus Office" or "Susono Civic Cultural Center" parking lots for 6 days or more, please contact us in advance.
