  • Please note that round-trip discounts cannot be applied if you purchase your ticket on board the train on the day of travel.
  • For tickets purchased at convenience stores, please contact the refund phone number printed on the ticket before the departure time Date of ride.
  • If you do not contact us before the departure time Date of ride, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • A fee will be charged for ticket refunds according to separately defined criteria.
