"Community buses" are public transportation services that work closely with local municipalities to support the elderly and those who do not have their own means of transportation, the so-called "transportation-disadvantaged."

As part of its efforts to contribute to local communities, the Fujikyu Group actively operates "community buses" in various locations.

"Chiibus," launched in 2004 in Minato Ward as part of the Fujikyu Group's community bus business in the Tokyo metropolitan area, operates in areas centered around Roppongi Hills including the Tamachi and Akasaka routes. To enhance convenience for local residents and those with limited mobility, the distance between bus stops is 200m to 300m, and environmentally friendly CNG vehicles are used to operate on narrow routes such as those in residential areas. In-bus announcements are available in four languages, reflecting Minato Ward's international image.

Furthermore, the bus is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with disabilities to use. The fare is 100 yen for all sections, and IC cards (PASMO) are accepted. The Hachiko Bus, which operates in Shibuya Ward, starts from the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station and connects to Yoyogi Station via public facilities such as the ward office and popular areas for young people such as Harajuku and Omotesando. The fare is 100 yen for all sections, and the vehicles are low-floor buses that are wheelchair accessible. It is used by people as a means of transportation in the community, as well as for sightseeing and shopping.
