Types of bus tickets
You can pay fares on board, purchase tickets at ticket counter price, and use PASMO or free passes. Some routes offer round-trip discounts, so please check with the bus ticket office for details.

Regarding the sale of commuter passes
- Commuter passes can be purchased at the ticket offices of major local bus and at Fujikyu Travel Co., Ltd. Kofu branch.
- New passes can be purchased from the day before the start date of use (or from the next business day if the day before is a Saturday or public holiday).
Renewal subscriptions can be purchased starting 14 days before the expiration date. - When purchasing a commuter pass, please fill out the "Commuter Pass Application Form" at the ticket ticket counter price.
(Application forms are available at ticket counter price.) - When purchasing a commuter pass, please bring the following to the ticket ticket counter price.
- Commuter pass, weekday commuter pass... Student ID issued by the school the student attends.
- Silver commuter pass…Requires identification that verifies age (driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.)
- One-year commuter pass... Passport-sized photograph (resume size 40mm x 30mm, front view, no hat, color photo)
- When using a commuter pass, please take a numbered ticket when boarding. When alighting, please insert the numbered ticket into the fare box and clearly show the commuter pass to the driver.
(If boarding from the front, please clearly show your commuter pass to the driver when boarding.) - Please return expired commuter passes to ticket counter price.
- We do not reissue lost tickets.
- Refunds for commuter passes are only available for those still within their validity period.
(We will refund the amount obtained by subtracting the round-trip fare multiplied by the number of days used. A separate handling fee of 520 yen will be charged. Therefore, depending on the remaining days, a refund may not be possible.)
*The refund process for a one-year student commuter pass differs from that of a regular commuter pass. Please contact us for details.
