If my flight is delayed, can I change or get a refund for my bus reservation?
ATickets can only be refunded before the scheduled departure time of your booked flight. A handling fee of 110 yen per one one-way ticket applies (this may vary depending on the route and ticket type). If you booked and purchased your ticket online, please process the refund on the website where you purchased it. If you purchased your ticket at ticket counter price counter, please process the refund at ticket counter price. Tickets become invalid after departure and are not eligible for any refund.
